Job Description: 

Mason Rx Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst Intern to assist in ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations. This internship provides hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and policy development within the pharmaceutical industry. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in reviewing and updating pharmacy policies to comply with New York State Board of Pharmacy, FDA, DEA, and HIPAA regulations. 

• Conduct regulatory research and provide summaries of key compliance requirements. 

• Help monitor pharmacy operations to identify any compliance risks. 

• Support the development of training materials to educate staff on regulatory requirements. 

• Assist with record-keeping, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with reporting standards. 

• Work with the compliance team to address corrective action plans for any identified regulatory issues. 

• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings and help implement best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Regulatory Affairs, Law, or a related field. 

• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Interest in healthcare compliance, pharmacy law, or regulatory affairs is a plus.
